Love Field of Scenes but we hadn't tried the Fieldhouse for dinner prior to last night. I think its safe to say we will never go again. We had a larger group so I expected a wait, but all told we waited nearly 2 and a half hours. On top of all that the food was relatively expensive and not really worth the wait, but by that time we were all starving, especially the 4-year-old with us who was served LAST.

We've been coming here for a couple years now and the place is just a great local spot for good [and unique] bar food and fun bartenders (Mike rocks!). It's even more fun in the summer time because it's one of the only remaining outdoor movie theaters in the area. There's great activities for kids on the movie grounds before the movies start and a bar for a couple adult beverages.

I frequent the field of scenes movies and have been coming for years. Great experience so I thought I would try out the fieldhouse. Honestly a mistake and so much could have been better. First of all I want to point out there were more than enough bartenders. The menu was good but when we ordered two burgers we got flavorless over cooked burgers. The fries were great but the burgers either were sitting on the grill before we ordered or the cook cooked them beyond well done. On top of this, no carry out food when you don't allow carry ins to the movies. Don't understand this rule. Overall probably will never eat here again but will still frequent the movies.

Horrible experience! It was crowded and not enough staff-cooks, waitstaff and bartenders. Came with the softball team and asked for my families meal ( not the teams meal) to go and was told that they don't do to go orders (then take down the sign that says don't feel like dining in call for to go orders or pick up as this is false advertising) and that I would have to leave my party and go to the other concession stand for the theater to get my order. We were NOT there for a movie. Asked for the meal to be put on paper plates and was told that they don't have them when actually paper plates were brought out for pizza. Waited for an hour for our food and they forgot the cheese on a cheeseburger, bacon was burnt, and turkey dry. The lady with the glasses was very rude when talking to me a paying customer. Not worth $40 plus I feel bad for no tip but poor customer service is not rewarded . We did put our food on paper plates ourselves and left after paying. Next time we will not be eating or drinking there but will go to be part of the team. We will try the movie theater at a later time but will eat somewhere else prior to coming. Don't worry we won't bring in carry ins. To bad and a big disappointment as this could be a good place as there is not much in Freedom.
